Da 3 generazioni siamo artigiani specializzati nel settore dolciario, dai grandi lievitati ai biscotti da colazione, gelati e paste di mandorla e torrone, il tutto viene prodotto seguendo le ricette della tradizione tramandate da due pilastri fondamentali: FICHERA VITTORIO e TERNULLO GIOVANNA, fondatori dell'azienda oggi guidata dai figli FICHERA GIOVANNI E ROSARIO ed il nipote FICHERA SALVATORE, che ha inserito nuove esperienza e moderne ricette per andare a passo con le novità dolciarie del momento.

For three generations, we have been artisan confectioners specializing in a wide range of products—from large leavened cakes and breakfast biscuits to gelato, almond pastries, and nougat. Everything is crafted according to traditional recipes handed down by the company's two pillars, Vittorio Fichera and Giovanna Ternullo. Today, the business is led by their sons, Giovanni and Rosario Fichera, and their grandson, Salvatore Fichera—who has introduced new expertise and modern recipes to keep pace with the latest trends in the confectionery world.
